Standard accommodation includes bed, breakfast and four course evening meal. All rooms are double or twin, with en suite bathroom. Use of guest lounge and drying facilities is included. All rooms have central heating.

Special rates available for extended stay and multiple room bookings. High season and holidays such as Christmas may have higher rates. Out of season reductions may be available.
Acceptance of dogs will be dependent on other guests at the time of booking. Sleeping provision is made for dogs within the accommodation annex. In no circumstances are dogs allowed in bedrooms. The proprietors reserve the right to ask for a dog to be removed from the accommodation premises if it is deemed not to be under control. Dog food is available at a small charge.
Telephone bookings must be confirmed in writing within five working days. Bookings for high season and public holiday periods may be require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. We are able to take payment by credit card via the telephone.
The management reserve the right to change these terms at any time.
All prices are inclusive of value added tax. Payment by Amex incurs a surcharge of 5%.
