Our Rare Breeds
Berkshire Pigs
The Berkshire is a prick-eared, black pig with white socks and white on its dished face. It is alert, even-tempered, friendly and companionable. This is George, our stud boar.

Gloucester Cattle
The Gloucester breed of cattle was already well established by the 13th Century. They are a rich mahogany colour, with black face and legs, a distinctive white flitch along the back and up-sweeping horns.
Greyface Dartmoors
Greyface Dartmoor sheep are stocky and placid. They have a heavy, curly lustre-wool fleece and a strong constitution developed to withstand moorland extremes.

Light Sussex Hens
Ours may be camera shy but they provide fresh eggs for breakfast.
